Guerrilla Fighter is obviously one of the least loved perks in Destiny, But it doesn't have to be like this. In my testing It showed: 15%-20% recoil reduction 40%-50% aim down sights reduction 20% incoming damage reduction. All these stats add up to be a pretty good buff. But the problem is that in most areas there isn't any spots to set up with the perk. There is a complete lack of waste high cover in destiny, in both pvp and pve areas. If there was a lean function in game, there would be a substantial increase in spots you could use the perk. I think adding a lean function would solve this perks problem.
