I don't have an issue with Warlocks getting Quickdraw. Actually, quite the opposite; I'm actually really open for any class to get access to a form of enhanced weapon handling. The one aspect of this (pun intended) that I believe should be changed is for all forms of Quickdraw (excluding those found on the tree of a weapon itself) to grant faster reload speed with faster ready speed. This will ensure that the forms of Quickdraw will remain on the same scale, without any one subclass getting the better end of the perk.
