I thought about the Artifact and realized that a "reduced Damage over time"-Buff isn't enough for some players to use it. I imagine it would be more attractive if it would grant the ability that you can damage yourself with your own grenades or that effects like "hunted" deosn't have their full Duration... Something in this way would make it better. I mean... Hey how many Solar Grenades with Burn Damage you see in the Crucible? I don't see many use them. So the artifact is the most time useless.
