When I rank up in a faction, the gunsmith, vanguard, crucible..ect. More often then not, I end up receiving 4 motes of light and 4 strange coins instead of the legendary engram or gear that I'm promised. I'll select either a weapon or armor package which says "garunteed" but I end up with nothing. My inventory won't be full, so that's not the issue. Occasionally I will get the expected item, but not always. Was just wondering if something was broken, or if it is normal to open a supposedly garunteed package and get currency.
