What was the point of doing the Echo Chamber?
In the Echo Chamber strike the goal is destroy Theosyion, The Restorative Mind before it can revive Sekrion, The Nexus Mind. We do of course and everyone gets a gold star on their report card. However in the revamped Nexus Mind strike Sekrion is back and Takenated. Since it is generally accepted that the chronology of events in the story is in the order of which content is released this means that after destroying Theosyion Sekrion was restored anyway. So then what did we accomplish by killing Theosyion? Was there just another Restorative Mind that did it? Is Echo Chamber not canon because it's not on Xbox?
The idea of there being [i]multiple[/i] Restoritive Minds is disturbing.

That should help with understanding the difference between the actual timeline of Destiny and what is considered 'just a fun idea'. 8 RisposteI'm on xbox, so I can't say for sure, but I think ps4 guardians stopped the vex from bringing Sekrion back. The taken ended up bringing it back later.

3 RisposteIn the revamped version of the nexus mind Cayde-6 says that the vex upgraded it with tech from the Vault Of Glass...but that's not possible because the vault is another plain of reality created by the vex and they also can't manifest the power that they have in the vault outside of it. Otherwise we would be seeing gorgons all over patrol. But it is entirely possible they built the new nexus inside the vault, but did not give it world altering abilities. Just a thought

Bungie began pulling story lines out of their ass when they realized they couldn't make anything that was actually new and sell it to us. So many examples of this.
