Destiny Can't Reinstall from Disk
Destiny got uninstalled from my xbox. The disk was too scratched to transfer the information to reinstall. If I buy a new physical copy of the vanilla will the old dlc I had bought transfer over. Also is there a digital download of vanilla I could get since I have already bought the dlc.

The only way to get the digital version of the game at this time is with Destiny the Collection. As for buying a secondhand copy of the disk as long as you are on the same account that bought the dlc they will be available to re-install from your download history as you already have payed for them.
