Still don't have Student of History.....
I have all 8, I've attuned all 8. I've even bought a new one just to make sure it didn't have something to do with that. I put all 8 onto a single character and equipped them all.
I know sometimes Xbox achievement lag for days, or even weeks, but I'm wondering if anyone else has seen anything similar and what they did to fix it.

EDIT: Resolved! Follow the info below if you're still having trouble. Switch profile and logging back in worked instantly for me. I had the achievement before I hit orbit!
