PvE servers are generally a bit toxic. Since players can't troll the way they do in PvP, they come up with even more inconvenient strategies. You'll find columns and foundations spammed all over the map, and since you cannot destroy other tribe's structure on PvE servers or build near them, you will often have a hard time setting up in a good spot. PvP has it's own issues, but I'd highly recommend going that route instead. More options, more engaging, [i]less[/i] foundation spam.
