Alt character not receiving A Broken Will quest after unlocking Dreadnaught Patrol.
Decided to level up another character and do the sword quests to get the other elemental blades, and when I finished the mission to unlock Dreadnaught Patrol, Eris Morn will not give me the shard of Willbreaker to begin the quest. Is this glitched? Is there some other requirement needed for the quest (Crota Bane Rank 1?)? Any help would be greatly appreciated.
And I have tried doing other missions in hopes of returning to the tower to find the quest waiting for me.

1 RispondiDid you try talking to Shaxx? I never received an actual quest notification. I just happened to go over to Shaxx to look at Crucible Ghost shells. I'd also make sure you have at least one Hadium Flake on your character.
