Yep. Pretty much perfect. They should hire you, and fire Luke Smith. Only thing I would take away and/or add is the way Elemental Primaries are handled. Bungie won't bring them back if they hurt variety. So you should get Elemental Cores in the Raids that you equip to your Guardian, not the weapon. You can only use one at a time, and it can apply to your primary, special or heavy. This way, you could have an elemental primary if you want, or you could have two burns on a special or heavy. It's up to you.
