The video is a very good, real-world explanation of why Destiny is the way it is and why (to some) it looks like Bungie is "doing nothing" and "doesn't care". In short, This is a game what was developed to run on obsolete hardware (XB 360, PS 3) with networking that is rapidly becoming obsolete (P2P) trying to solve a problem that no one else had ever tried to solve. To create a new kind of game. A game that attracted players from across the entire spectrum of gaming, who want (at time) diametrically opposed things from Bungie and from the game. ...and there is nothing they can do that is going to keep everyone happy. ...and somethings that are wrong with this game simply aren either fixable....or would be cost-prohibitive to fix in a game that no one will be playing next year.
