Except on the legal end that is not involved with Bungie. That has to do with Twitch and Microsoft. I'm not aware of the legal conditions that follow with streaming and 'donations' with Twitch so I can't speak on that. I do feel however that Bungie has no power when it comes to people donating money to other players through external sites, i.e. Twitch, to assist them in a Trials match. I may be completely wrong on that though, so there is that too.
