Is it just me or Nothing Manacles' tracking often doesn't work in PvP?
I use Nothing Manacles in PvE all the time, tracking works without problems. But in PvP often it doesn't seem to work for me.
I throw a Scatter next to a player and the projectiles don't seem to track him. When I throw a Scatter next to an enemy in PvE, same distance to the enemy, the projectiles go crazy and fly towards it.
Edit: I'm not talking about bouncing Scatters, that's not an issue I have.

Only a few of them track anymore: there was an adjustment made months back, during the Taken King I believe. Possibly before the April update. I think they also reduced the damage as well so they were essentially a poor grenade with poor tracking. Nothing Manacles only really give you a second Scatter grenade, which isn't as useful in PVP as I would like. Basically, NM only make Scatter Grenades "less worse". Aside poor grammar, it's a more accurate description compared to "slightly better".
