14 RisposteGoing from this graph, shotguns are the same - whether it be the Matador or not. Whatever. Clever Dragon is beat by use of other Pulse Rifles. Meaning, primary is being used more. The weapon isn't OP. It's being used as intended. Doesn't need a nerf.
