There is absolutely NOTHING Bungie can do...
No punishment, no penalty, no reward, that could make me stay in a match with Redbars. Also, it's cute that they think putting you right back in the same match is going to help: all I do is zoom right back out, causing whichever team I leave to be a man down even longer, and making them even more frustrated with the game.
This is what happens when a great idea falls into the lap of a severely incompetent developer.

I love the idea of Destiny, like everyone still playing, but Bungie is no different than Hello Games.... Activision just had enough money for the marketing to placate their customers, and misdirect the majority of them.
