1 RispondiWell, we weren't at the time. Deej confirmed not long after the Festival that the raisins were useless and that it would be okay to scrap them. My guess is is that they decided after so many had kept theirs, it'd be nice to be compensated. Much like the idea of the Khvostov; it was not a preplanned requisite.
