My raid group decided to run to the iron temple after we raided, and we decided to try to ring the bells. We got it after a few tries and half of us got the achievement, but then we tried 3 more times and I was the only one who still didn't get the achievement. I even passed the fireteam leadership around and tried using different bells but each time we did it I still did not get the achievement. Edit: When I got on Destiny yesterday the achievement just randomly popped up when I loaded into orbit.
