The siva offerings rain like candy and if you don't have one just find a quarantine patrol for a guarantees offering. Every time I go in there 3 or 4 other people show up and we wreck house for an hour or so. Never had any issue myself.

Change "it didnt" to "it never happens" and we're getting there, also all of my friends I spoke to have zero issues as well. I'm thinking it may be a deeper issue like nat settings.

I wouldn't be surprised if that was the case. Or something very logical like "having the Fermi Solution ship somewhere in your inventory reduces the chances by 10x"...
