Now that Shaxx sells all three swords I decided to do the Raze-lighter exotic sword quest. After starting the sword quest, however, during the section where I'm supposed to loot rare versions of the materials, they do not seem to be dropping at all. I do know it's supposed to be a very low drop rate, somewhere in the neighborhood of 10% or less, however, through a combination of chest drops and opening helium coils, after looting upwards of 100 helium filaments, not a single rare material dropped, and continued to fail after restarting my game and looting an additional 50 to 60 helium filaments. Is this just a case of bad luck or a bug in the game? Edit: Seems as though they either changed the drop rate or RNGesus is not a fan of mine today. After 150+ helium filaments, I finally have a single Soliton Flare.
