Hello ok. So I read in the patch notes that sparrow horns and Halloween masks were now in vendors. So I took my masks and horns out and discarded them. This was AFTER the update, but before HM released. I can reobtain my masks but I cannot reobtain my horns. I viewed the mask vendor before discarding the masks but not the sparrow vendor. To clarify all of the horns were legendary. Are they effectively gone forever despite the patch notes stating they would be reclaimable when they are in fact, not reclaimable?
