I doubt there's anyone else in my position but uh....Im hoping that there is an unfortunate Titan and Hunter out there that is stuck on step 9 of this damn Outbreak Prime quest just like me so that all we can do is just equalize this last f*ckin energy pattern How did I get stuck?
