Splicer Intel Relays, Are they More Useful?
Are Splicer Intel Relays really only for the Khvostov Quest I would imagine that they would have more than one use, it seems rather pointless for them to put them in just for a Khvostov Quest that even after you complete it, you will still need them to go to the Begining Spawn, and lets face it many people will only go back once every two weeks or even longer.

2 RisposteI just used a different type of intel key thatetioned the hive and I cam across a Sullied Ogre. Nothing special other than an exotic boot engram.
