So I was excited to recently get an Event Horizon roll with perfectionist. I was hoping for a harder hitting Stillpiercer with a smaller mag, but found perfectionist simply does not ever activate. I thought at first it was a bug with weapon swapping, or timing, so I went into patrol and crit killed 3 consecutive enemies, in rapid enough succession that triple tap would proc, and still, no mag refill. I tried this numerous times, and have never once had perfectionist kick in. Has anyone else had an issue with perfectionist on ROI snipers? Or maybe it's just the Event Horizon specifically. Maybe the 3 mag size is breaking it, I just don't know. Hoping for a hotfix to resolve this issue. Thanks
