After blinking, temporary increase to recovery and increase to sprints top speed. Or the recovery bonus, but also just make blink silent. Or completely take away recovery bonus (which is basically not there) and just increase the distance, but increase the cooldown. Or don't mess with the distance, but ONLY make it so you can blink 3 times before cooldown kicks in. No changes to weapon handling, so you can't just pull out your gun or anything. You just blink 3 times before cooldown. What are your ideas? I know right now it's pretty much useless so how could it be improved? It was originally based on blink, so let's keep it on that category.
