Shouldn't Saladin and Eris have some plot connection?
Both were the last surviving members of their teams, yet Saladin has handled the loss in a much more healthy way.
Seems like a missed opportunity that we have had both of them in the tower for almost 2 years yet they basically never mention each other. Would have made for some great dialog.

Eris lost hers and survived the fight and had to survive in the dark after and fight her way back home, she would've died if she didn't embrace the darkness. So I'm willing to bet it wasn't the loss of her team that drove her insane but the darkness itself.
