Bring back y1 thorn DoT stats
Come on bungie. You already gave us the artifact that reduces DoT. The Thorn is nearly useless in pvp now with both that artifact and the nerf. If you're gonna have an artifact that does the same thing as the DoT nerf, remove the nerf.

4 RisposteDot should never be how it was in Y1 that shit was crazy. Thorn coming back is already bad enough, if they rebuff the dot, lots of people are just gonna complain again. Keeping someone's regen down for 2-3 seconds is good enough. Doing 7-8 dot damage added on if stupid
