So I haven't upgraded to Rise of Iron yet, mainly since I started playing recently and have not finished the taken king content and everything in the previous expansions. I would still like to upgrade my gear and purchase faction gear. It seems like the daily heroic and heroic strikes only give marks for ROI players. Does anyone know what I'm missing, or am I stuck until I get the new content?
