Is there something going on with the Khvostov Manual pages and their Grimoire? I've been a grimoire card collector since I found out that it wasn't just an arbitrary number, and I'd just really like to know if missing Khvostov Manual pages is a known issue. I completed the quest as soon as I received it and I'm missing Khvostov field Manual Page 90, even though I collected all ten of the pages. Also, in an attempt to reacquire the quest I noticed that the quest was unobtainable on alternative characters. Is this also intended? Just a clueless guardian seeking advice.
