Easy Year 3 Fatebringer Type Hand Cannon FIREFLY OUTLAW!!!
The Future War Cult Hand Cannon 'The Wail' can drop with Fatebringer perks. The wail is the same archetype of hand cannon as Fatebringer so damage is the same. The Wail has less range, better stability, better reload speed, BUT ONLY HOLDS 7 SHOTS. This isn't a huge deal if you have outlaw and also use gauntlets with hand cannon reload speed. Overall, it's a good substitute if you don't have a god roll Imago Loop.
