Level 40 boost with rise of iron collectors
Has anyone else who recently bought this edition had a problem with getting a level 40 character boost? I only got a level 25 boost so I'm very confused as to what is happening? does the rest come on the release date of ROI or what?

just purchased today..over an hour to install and import info from 360 version all i got was the lvl 25 boost also...its after the 20th..whats up with this
