you're falling apart man...the end is nigh lol. I've been playing video games since 84 so it's in my dna at this point. sometimes I have to stop, I have mild cubital tunnel syndrome in both hands and a little worse than mild carpel tunnel in my right hand so long periods of holding a controller can get painful. it's from the vibration of power tools like sanders and nail guns and framing hammers and stuff I own the business now , so I'm exposed to it less and less but the damage has been done and it's irreversible without surgery
