I've got 2 infections, I have been trying to get the last 3 infections. How can I get them? The poster said we can still get more infections.

You can only get them all at once. So if you have a character with none, someone with all 5 can give them to you

It's news to me too! We had a guy in our fireteam who said he got another infection. He had 2 before.
