If you weren't able to catch more later, how would someone originally get all 5? The first guardians all started with 1. Someone would have to be able to get another one to get to 2, and so on. I obviously have no evidence either, just questioning the logic and process myself.

THE first with all 5 could've been lucky enough to be in an instance with guardians of all infections, and picking up orbs/killing all THE different ones.

Or they infected one guardian with all 5 at the beginning... They seemed to have infected lots of people all over at the same time... Maybe one of them had all 5
