Was trying to see if I could find anything earlier today, when you play the "Buried City" mission on mars (right next to psion flayer strike on mars map). There is a line of text that says something along the lines of "Picking up a strange signal, it's not Cabal. Keep pushing." So I continued along the mission, but didn't find too much. You do pass through the large too where cyclopses can spawn in the flayer strike, where the new mars room is located and can be glitched into, but I couldn't find a way to open it. I do only have one of the buffs, maybe you need all of them? Not sure.
