We all have areas in which we could improve, but which personal flaw of yours causes you or those around you the most trouble or grief?

I'm very disconnected with the whole relationship deal sometimes. As in I say shit I shouldn't say, let stuff go in a way it shouldn't, etc. Had my first big fight because of a simple misunderstanding the other day. Still learning I guess.
