Titanfall has a Card Battle Game now
According to Eurogamer:

As you'd expect, there are character cards, Titans and match-modifying burn cards.

It will likely release in one of those markets first. It's very easy to change your location to gain access to these other app stores which have several apps/games the US app store does not have. Those countries are the main test markets for most gaming apps as well.
