Hey guys, So I played a pretty mean set of Crucible matches, got into it, and ranked up from 8 to 9 and then from 9 to 10 all in 2 hours with the help of a Crucible rep booster & a rep-boosting cloak. I returned to the Tower to brag about my conquest to Shaxx and get some righteous rewards. However, no such luck. I only got 1 package instead of 2. Nothing at the postmaster. No second package icon at all. Is this because I did not return to the Tower when I ranked up from 8 to 9? Halp. Thanks for your prompt attention, TuesdayAt4
