No I think they should implement a network checker as part of a set up procedure in game or when a new patch or released and restrict people that have bad setups, connections. They should also add in a regional filter in matchmaking, dedicated servers would also go a long way. But we ain't got that. We have to manage our own connections, be resposible for our own devices. Its either do something and maybe your PvP experience will get better, or do nothing and know that your experience will never improve :)
