IKR. PS4 wifi was severely skimmed on. No 5Ghz no AC standard, and the chip on the board is considered the worst they could actually use.

Yeah it's dumb. You really can't blame them too much since the wired connection can get around ~400 down and 50/50 wireless (I'm fortunate enough to have fiber through google fiber) and those speeds exceed most averages, but it is extremely short sighted.
