The host migration happens almost instantly. If the host quits/leaves a match, the switch is made without anyone even noticing.

There is some noticeable differences when the host leaves. There are red bars everywhere. It may take 25ms for a change to happen, but there will be a noticeable difference. Everyone has to connect to the new host. Even though we are already connected.
