Unfortunately, while this information is valuable and perhaps useful to some, there is still blatant cheating rampant in this game that goes unchecked, despite reports and posts providing evidence. Networking issues are only part of the problem. Bungie outright perma-banning people for cheating is the solution, with a public example made of these individuals to discourage the behavior. There are illicit ways players can literally turn their guns into full-auto when otherwise impossible, locking-on to player hit-boxes when aiming, or simply give themselves ammo just by crouching. It is outrageous that this crap even exists and even worse that nothing is done about it.
