They added (when your super is Full)
Its definitely more balanced this way, i just wish it could have been balanced in a different way somehow miraculously.
I know everything is subject to change but this really bums me out. Yet another reason why i shouldn't activate radiance.
Hopefully this means that the artifact actually buffs your team well.

2 RisposteI think that's good tbh, I could see this leading to really annoying trials games...3 stormcallers using the perk that makes it charge faster with allies nearby+this artifact on all 3....they'd have supers in like 45 seconds. It would be terrible.

2 RispostePerhaps they felt it was far too powerful. Maybe the buff is quite strong or it stacks with other people using the artifact. I feel like its a good change, as long as it provides a noticeable cooldown.
