I'm been brushing up on my studies. I've concluded it's a type of [i]airbourne rabies[/i] (my neighbors fail to clean up after their pets when walking them). Either that or it's some type of "mind-controlling, experimental" chemical agent that sprouted legs and started mutating, thus making people feel like they're "free-from-government", or they claim that they are Christ reborn...
