I'm convinced there is something in the back ground that nerfs you when your winning to much or playing too well. I just made a new account first few PvP games I dropped a 5+ kd with blue guns. It was like shooting fish in a barrel. Then... Laggy as hell no hit registration playing against last word snipers and thorn shotguns. I feel so bad for actual genuine new players, good luck getting them to stick around.
