Even with a "ahem" [i]modded controller[/i] with "tweaked down to the proper millisecond gap (we're talking enabling auto trigger pulls from 4ms down to 0.01 ms)" with rapid fire enabled, I've never seen someone able to achieve that fire rate! The Bungie sandbox/devs actually have a built in limiter or buffer that should not allow a second shot to be fired if it's within that rate of fire buffer... "People" (not me...???) have tried tuning rapid fire on several weapons (Scouts, Pulse, Autos, Hand Canons, Shotguns, etc).... Whatever this guy with the Hawksaw is playing at it's obviously a hack or mod... My 2 cents....
