Makes you wonder what other, more subtle hacks are out there.
I've seen guys start regenning health only a couple seconds after I've shot them and stuff like that. Maybe there's guys running around with almost max armour, agility and recovery and stuff like that

You can't see enemy orbs of light. Odds are he picked one up and had the perk that regenerates his health on pick up.

I had a dude chase me down once. He was steady shooting at me and I was running over dropped orbs 😂😂 Fusion is fun sometimes.

Ah yes, that instant regen health. If i didnt kill them fair enough, but when a teammate gets killed as well because the other guy regend his healf way to fast, its stupid. Had that against a guy with a vendor hawksaw. I got him week, he regened instantly, then killed 2 teammates

His weapon may have life support (year 2 version) did you check it?
