Obviously not cheating. Don't think people realise how little outright cheating there actually is in destiny. You get a little bit of lag (honestly its not even that bad) and everyones some pro hacker. Also, doesn't hawksaw always fire quicker than most machine guns? I mean its got a faster ROF than most of the high impact LMG's anyway.
