Auto perks does not increase fire rate. My strangers rifle for example has the auto perk but shoots just as fast. Only benefits is I don't have to keep pulling the fire button.

I'll try to find a video but it's really obvious when you use it. If you think it's increasing rof then it's just a placebo effect.

Check my warlock and titan and you'll see. Edit: my titan is with a Hawksaw that ISN'T full auto. Compare the two. No RoF increase at all.

You are correct sir. The Hawksaw in the video was shooting faster than the full auto perk would ever allow it to shoot at. I have a full Auto Dis 47 and it does not shoot at the speed the cheaters Hawksaw did in the video. Anyone claiming it's a Full Auto Perk is talking out their ass.
