Last word is easily out played if you're skilled enough. Most people use it as a spam cannon so you can just jump or strafe and they will miss a few shots. If we still had the extra damage from hipfire then I could maybe give you that. as someone who can 2 tap you without ADS reliably is pretty hard to stop within cqc. Universal remote on it's own isn't an issue. When you pair it with a storm caller (who has absurd melee range) or a titan that's using no back up plans or juggernaut it's harder to deal with. But really it's not that much better than a standard high impact shotgun. I'm pretty sure the only time it directly out classes a normal High impact OHK range wise is when you ADS and land a headshot.
