I've steered away from using meta weapons since Year 1. Still get hate. Running Jade Rabbit, Susanoo, and Harrowed Quillims Terminus (okay that one's kinda meta, but no one really gives a shit about heavies), and got hate mail because I kept beaning a guy in the face with JR and beating him when trying to snipe me. Then he kept trying to rush me so I fusion rifled his dick right off. He was speaking Spanish so I don't know what the hate mail said, but I could make "-blam!-" out very clearly and sent him a message that said "Que? Taco Bell Live Mas Amigo?" Didn't hear another word since then.
